2010 Yamaha YZ125 w/5 hours - $4450 (NE St Pete) in Saint Petersburg, Florida For Sale

We have two motorcycles for sale (together or separately) because our rider is just too big for two strokes anymore. We haven't ridden for a while and it's time to go to 4 Strokes. The other bike is a xxxx Big Bore YZ144 also on eBay Classifieds.
This one is a xxxx and is basically a showroom stock unit. We got if from Kissimmee Motorsports with the idea that it would be a backup bike that we'd build a 40 horse 125 for the Youth 1 class. That never happened - our rider is 200 pounds now. We got it as a dealer demo and are the first owners. When I got it I installed an hour meter and our rider has put 5.2 hours on it. It's never been raced or ridden anywhere but East Bay and Sunshine. It just sits in the trailer as a back-up. The only modifications beside the hour meter are ProTaper bars and grips. The bike came with Michelin Cross tires. Since it was a demo and we put 5 hours on it I've put in a new top end with OEM Yamaha piston, ring, wrist pin, circlips, base gasket, bearing, and new BR9EG so it would be fresh. It will need to be broken in of course. The transmission fluid has also just been changed. We got the bike last year and paid the dealer fees and sales tax so I'm asking $4,450 since the bike's basically tight and new. It doesn't need anything but premix.
Both bikes can be purchased together for $6,250. We'd also consider a partial trade + cash for a used, but not raced xxxx-up YZ250F.

I've been asked about the condition, so here's what I can say" Specifically, the nubbies on the tires are gone, brake pads have lots of life, chain and sprocket are getting close to needing replaced, grips are good, top of the front edge of the fender has scratches, exhaust pipe has rub marks from rider boot, rear tire could be replaced if you were to want to race it right away, air cleaner is clean (it's a twinair unit), seat is not ripped, some of the tank stickers installed but he dealer are peeling, could rubber cement them back), rear fender has scuffs from rider boot swinging over it to mount bike, bot sides of engine have minor scuff marks from rider's boots. Spokes are tight, rims spin true, suspension works well and is tight, steering head bearings still tight, wheels spin freely, clutch is like new, coolant is like new (looks like engine ice - came from dealer this way), nothing is missing, all bolts are original, nothing is bent.)
